Just the Beginning.

Well, I fucking did it.

I left California for the first time since 2006.

I had the wonderful company of Alex, a stranger on the internet whom I’d purchased sneakers from, and his best friend, Esther.

Ever since they came to California last year, it finally clicked in my head that the world was vast and I’d only seen a minute percentage of it. These strangers flew to another time zone just because they could.

Just because they could…

The beautiful thing is that we’re all human. We all possess the same capability of thought and choice. We also breathe the same air and walk the same land. No one is born with a special ability outside of the physical limitations of the universe.

What I’m trying to say is that I can do the same. I can fly, too.
